The region has many health and wellness amenities.

In good health

Excellent health care is right in your backyard in the Grand Forks region of North Dakota. The region offers comprehensive care through its medical systems and has a direct line to experts in the Mayo Clinic system. It is home to the state’s only medical school, a training ground for many of rural America’s physicians and other medical professionals.

A full range of chiropractic, dental, and vision care providers are based in the region.

Wellness activities are promoted and supported throughout the region. In addition to our leading healthcare providers, cities, counties, and private businesses invest in programs to promote an active lifestyle in the northern Red River Valley.
