Sanford Health, a non-profit, integrated system, has locations in 112 communities in seven states including a hospital and clinic in Mayville, N.D., and a clinic in East Grand Forks, MN. The system includes hospitals, clinics, long-term care, managed care, a health plan, and clinical research center. It's headquarters are in Sioux Falls, S.D. and Fargo, N.D.
