The University Technology Park was developed in the 1990s by UND Aerospace Foundation to help attract and grow technology-related ventures and to facilitate strategic relationships between technology-based companies and the University of North Dakota. The University Tech Park is located adjacent to the University of North Dakota and the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences.
The Center for Innovation operates a technology incubator on the west end of the UND campus. Suites of offices, wetlabs, conference rooms and shared business services are just some of the amenities available.

The business park totals 110 acres and offers established or start-up companies’ warehouse facilities for production, storage, and distribution. Professional office space leasing in an administration building is also available. Shipping services are accessible via ground and air.
